As the proud manager of the Nuclear Human Resources Group (NHRG), Accelerant Solutions facilitates a collaborative platform for human resource experts within the nuclear industry. NHRG comprises electric utility companies across the United States and Canada, including support organizations, managing and operating nuclear power facilities.

Within NHRG, multiple working groups converge to foster knowledge sharing and exchange. These groups specialize in various areas, including HR management, organizational effectiveness (OR), employee relations, total rewards, knowledge management, leadership development, and talent management.

The NHRG Charter defines our mission: “To provide a forum for nuclear Human Resource and Organizational Effectiveness practitioners to exchange information on management issues unique to Nuclear Power Operations.”
